Cancellation Policies
Reservations are held with a major credit card. We accept MC and Visa. Rooms are paid for at check-in. We accept cash, personal check, and credit card. A $25 per room cancellation fee is charged to your credit card for cancellations. If cancellation is made less than 7 days before arrival and we are unable to re-book your room, then the full room rate for your entire stay will be charged. If room is re-booked, only $25 charge applies. Full room rates will be charged to credit card for no shows. We realize that cancellations can not always be avoided. If you are able to reserve another date within 30 days of your originally scheduled stay, we will apply the $25 fee towards your stay.

For single room cancellations:
Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of your check-in will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 7 days or less from your check-in day will be charged the full room rate unless we are able to re-book your room. If we are able to re-book your room, only the $25 cancellation fee will apply.

For Group Reservations/Cancellations:
Cancellations or modifications to groups reserving more than 1 room require 30 days advance notice. We will make every effort to re-book all rooms cancelled. However, any rooms remaining un-booked will be charged full room rate to the credit card used to reserve the rooms.
Holidays and Nacogdoches/SFASU Special Events (Nine Flags Festival, Homecoming, Parents Week End, etc.) require a minimum of 30 Days advance notice for cancellation.

Liability Release
Guests are advised that personal items lost or stolen are not the responsibility of the owner. Guest will be solely responsible for the safekeeping of their personal valuables during their visit. The entrance and exit doors at The Jones House should remain locked at all times. Each guest will be given a key to their room and to the front door at check-in.
  It is the responsibility of the guest to lock the front door upon arrival and departure.   A Lost Key charge of $75 will be charged to your credit card if the keys are lost.  This is to cover the cost in having the front door lock re-keyed.  In addition, Agent and Owner shall be held harmless from all claims or causes of actions arising from the rental and occupation of the residence by Guest.

When reserving the entire home for reunions, weddings, receptions or other special events we require a non-refundable deposit equal to 1/2 of total. The remainder of the total is due 2 weeks prior to your event.

Guarantee room by credit card.  A deposit of 1 nightís stay is required.
Visa and MasterCard accepted.
Holidays and Nacogdoches/SFASU Special Events (Homecoming, Parentís Weekend, SFASU Graduation,
Nine Flags Festival, Blueberry Festival, Music Festival, etc... ) require a two night stay.

Cancellation Policy:  Deposit will be refunded in full provided hosts are notified of cancellation at least 7 days prior to scheduled visit or upon re-rental of the room.
Check in time is from 4:00 P.M.-6:00P.M.
Check out time 11:00 A.M.
Smoking and Pets are not permitted
We regret we cannot accommodate children under 16
All rooms have individual central heat and A/C
Continental Breakfast pantry is provided each morning until 10:00 A.M.
 On Saturdays and Sundays a complimentary full breakfast is available across the street at the historic Fredonia Hotel Cafe' from 6:00 A.M. -  9:45 A.M. during your stay.
