Holidays and Nacogdoches/SFASU Special Events (Nine
Flags Festival, Homecoming, Parents Week End, etc.) require a minimum of 30 Days
advance notice for cancellation.

owner. Guest will be solely responsible for the safekeeping of their personal
valuables during their visit. The entrance and exit doors at The Jones House
should remain locked at all times. Each guest will be given a key to their room
and to the front door at check-in. It is
the responsibility of the guest to lock the front door upon arrival and
departure. A Lost Key charge of $75
will be charged to your credit card if the keys are lost. This is to cover the cost in having the front
door lock re-keyed. In addition, Agent and Owner shall be held harmless from
all claims or causes of actions arising from the rental and occupation of the
residence by Guest.
